Meaning of Moon's aspect through Houses for Libra Ascendant

Let’s take a look at those things which matter here – 

Moon - It represents Mind, Emotions, Mother, Local Government, Peace of Mind, Home Environment, Water, Milk etc.

For Libra Ascendant people, Moon rules the 10th house of chart with its sign Cancer. So, let’s look at 10th house and Cancer too. 

10th house - It represents things like Government, Father, Authority, Fame etc. Here, Authority should not be understood in literal sense, like someone got a Government job or became a Manager or CEO of a Firm. Here Authority means doing any work with complete perfection and your opinion matters when comes to making any decision related to that work, so even a good Hacker can be a person of authority as he is master of that particular work.

Cancer - It is 4th sign of Zodiac Belt, hence it represents the things represented by 4th house like Mother, Mother's care, Emotions and Nourishment etc. Cancer's lord is Moon.

What will Moon do in Aspect? – Now, Moon can be sitting in any house of chart for Libra Ascendant person.1st of all, Moon will take the energy of house of chart, it rules with Cancer sign, and take it to the house where it sits. Then from the house it sits, it will throw its aspect on the 7th house from its place. As Moon represents Emotions, Mind, Care and Motherhood, Moon's aspect on a house will show where person wants to feel emotionally connected to the things which it rules with its sign Cancer. 

Things which I still can’t cover – Although, I am trying to make it a detailed analysis of planetary aspects but I still can’t cover few things like Moon conjunct with other planets, if there are planets in 7th house from Moon where it aspects in which case those planets will aspect back at Moon and impact it, and planets aspecting Moon from other houses. That’s why, no matter how detailed analysis you do in Astrology, there are still few things uncovered and that just shows the limits of Human Efforts. 

Now, let’s see the meaning and impact of Moon's aspect through different houses for Libra Ascendant people. 

Moon in 1st house – Here, Moon is in Libra. This shows that person's career and parents had a great impact on his personality and life path. They are emotionally attached with Career and Father. This person wants to keep a balanced approach towards life and career. They may be Business Oriented and they find their peace of mind when they are able to have a balanced Career and Life Path. Moon's aspect on 7th house indicates that they want to connect with other people or spouse through their Business/Career. They might be inclined to have a Business with Spouse and would like to connect to spouse on professional front. 

Moon in 2nd house – Moon is debilitated here. This shows that due to transformative circumstances in family, person loses his wealth and career. At the same time, this can bring good wealth to person if he involves himself in matters of occult/mysticism. This person can be into Occult as Moon rules 10th house of Career, sits in Scorpio and aspects 8th house. With Moon's aspect on 8th house, person desires to connect with service to other people, occult and in-laws. That's how he goes through ups/downs of his family life. 

Moon in 3rd house – Moon is in Sagittarius here. This shows a person into Higher Education and Teaching. This person can be a Teacher/Professor and will be emotionally involved with his Higher Education. Moon's aspect on 9th house also shows the same thing as 9th house and Sagittarius represent same things. This person is all about Education and Teaching. 

Moon in 4th house – Moon is in Capricorn here. Moon is in enemy sign ruled by Saturn. This shows a person very much involved in Career in Politics or Local Governance. 4th house is Homeland & Capricorn is Govt, hence Local Governance. Moon's aspect back on 10th house also shows that he wants to take care of people through his Career and Authority. Here, person is emotionally inclined towards his work, people at work or in general. 

Moon in 5th house – Moon is in Aquarius, again ruled by Saturn & Rahu. This person's career will go into the fields of Education and Teaching. As it is Aquarius, the education will be in streams of Science and Technology. Moon's aspect on 11th house suggests that they will be inclined to use their Education for Social Welfare and higher humanitarian purposes. They may be educating others to bring a social change. They seek emotional attachment from their friends and elder siblings. 

Moon in 6th house – Moon is in Pisces here. This shows a person who is in Career of Medicine and Taking Care of people. By healing others, they find their Spirituality. Moon's aspect on 12th house of Hospitals also shows that they have an emotional attachment towards people who are ill. They are also very spiritually inclined and utilize spiritual values to heal people. 

Moon in 7th house – Moon will be in Aries here. This shows a person who finds his individuality or uniqueness in life by getting into a Business-Oriented Career. They will find their peace of mind when they are able to connect with masses or their spouse. Moon's aspect on 1st house suggests that connection from other people/spouse makes them feel good emotionally. The more connected they are to others, better they will feel good about themselves. 

Moon in 8th house – Here, Moon gets exalted in Taurus. Although, Moon's Marana Karaka position is in 8th house, but as Moon is exalted, it is not at all a bad placement to have. This certainly shows someone in career of research, occult, other people wealth and serving people etc. They gain a lot through serving other people. They also see ups and downs of 8th house but as Moon is exalted, it doesn't show much impact on mind. Moon's aspect on 2nd house confirms their wealth through serving others and family's emotional support to them. 

Moon in 9th house – Moon is in Gemini here. This shows a Career going into Travelling, Higher Education and Teaching. They have a very Business Oriented mind and mind is filled with 100 Business Ideas at the same time. Mind wants to communicate in matters of Higher Education, Philosophy and Religion. Moon's aspect on 3rd house shows they are emotionally inclined towards Teaching and Preaching. They have an emotional relation with younger siblings. 

Moon in 10th house – Here, Moon is in own sign. This shows a person involved in Career of taking care, nourishing and healing people. Two main career get involved with Moon and Cancer are Health Care and Education. So, they will be in such professions. They will have a Mother like image at work or in society. Moon's aspect on 4th house again shows their emotional bond with mother & home. It confirms their inclination to take care of people like a Mother. 

Moon in 11th house – Moon is in Leo here. This shows someone in a creative Career which they do for bringing Social Welfare. It means they use their creative mind and creativity to bring social change and serve higher humanitarian causes. Moon's aspect on 5th house of Creativity confirms it. Their creative pursuits may revolve around their hobbies, skills, children/education. 

Moon in 12th house – Moon is in Virgo here. This is very much a person in health care field. Moon, Virgo and 12th house all indicate towards healing and health care. Moon's aspect back at 6th house of diseases and health care also confirms that person is emotionally attached with healing activities and health care. They develop an emotional relation with their patients. At the same time, they will be perfectionist in their approach towards health care. 

So, this is a basic idea of how Moon's aspect will work in different houses for Libra Ascendant people. Emotions and Care will remain factors with Moon, no matter it is exalted or debilitated. Exalted Moon means a nurturing & caring emotions whereas Debilitated Moon means Controlling Emotions.
