As Mars is debilitated in Cancer, it becomes almost impossible to say with Mars position alone that where this energy will go, i.e. for safeguarding others or hurting others. So, this position can make a surgeon but it can also create an obsessive stalker/criminal. Again, lot will depend on Moon's position and Saturn's position as they are ascendant lords and nakshatra lords. It also depends on person's awareness level that how he wants to utilize this energy, in positive pursuits or otherwise.
