Mars in Aries. 

So, let's begin with our journey with Mars through Signs. Today, Mars in Aries. 

A thing to remember here is that these posts are strictly meant for the particular planet position. Like, today we are looking at Mars in Aries, so the description given here may change for you if your Mars is although in the sign of Aries but with conjunction with or aspected by other planets.

So, lets see what Mars can do in Aries without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent --

Mars represents our will power, courage, ability to take actions, aggressive nature, anger, our fighting ability, brother, male friends, a boy friend for a girl, a soldier, an athlete and real estate etc. 

Aries is the 1st sign of zodiac belt, so it represents the things and energy of 1st house of horoscope like Self, Personality etc. Besides that, Aries is the sign of our individuality, our aggression, our actions, our competitive ability etc. Aries is ruled by Mars and it is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatras named Ashwini, Bharani and Krittika.

1st of all, Aries is not only the own sign of Aries but it is also the Mool Trikon Sign of Aries, means it is more comfortable in Aries than in Scorpio, which is its another sign. It feels more comfortable in Aries as Aries and Mars both represent the same energy or things. So, this is the reason why a person having Mars in Aries often ends up in having double Mars energy, because of presence of Mars in its own sign. Now, this person although will be very protective/defending in nature but it will mainly make him/her very aggressive in nature. They will become very aggressive and action oriented. They are always active. When they are questioned over anything or any act, they will always be defending/justifying their actions, defending being the basic nature of Mars. They will try to defend their actions through physical force and aggression too. That's where this position can be troublesome specially in those houses which belong to Mangalik Position of Mars, i.e. Houses # 1, 2, 4, 7, 8 & 12. This is where aggression hurts the family life. Otherwise, this can be a great position for achievement in career as Mars will always activate the person to achieve higher and higher in life. Career-wise this can be a very good position for an Athelete, Army Man, Police Officer, Fire Fighter, i.e. any field where direct physical action is required. 

Again, the nakshatra Mars is in, will have great say in Mars' functioning, When it is in Ashwini Nakshatra, the results of Mars will be impacted by Ketu's position in horoscope as Ketu is lord of Ashwini. If it is in Bharani Nakshatra, then results of Mars will be impacted by Venus' position in horoscope as Venus is lord of Bharani. Similarly, If it is in Krittika Nakshatra, then results of Mars will be impacted by Sun's position in horoscope as Sun is lord of Krittika.

As Mars itself is lord of Aries, it feels home and protects the house it is in.
