Mars represents our will power, courage, ability to take actions, aggressive nature, anger, our fighting ability, brother, male friends, a boy friend for a girl, a soldier, an athlete and real estate etc.

Leo is 5th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents the things associated with 5th house of horoscope like Love, Creativity, Arts, Being on Stage etc. Besides that, Leo is basically the Lion. This is the sign of feeling like King or Queen. Also, it is a sign of independence, Confidence, Ego, Self Esteem etc. Leo is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatra namely Magha, Purva-Phalguni and Uttara-Phalguni. Leo's lord is Sun.

This is one of the strongest positions of Mars. It is because Mars is in its best friend Sun's sign. As Leo & Sun both represent Kings, this person can get lots of authority in life or can be working for people in authority. Likewise, they can be very much involved in their creative pursuits. Only thing which can be troublesome here is Anger. Mars is Aggression and Leo is a fire sign. So, they can get very angry or aggressive at times. Otherwise, it is one of the best position of Mars. 

Now, the impact of Mars dynamic effect will depend on Mars' position in a particular Nakshatra. If Mars is in Magha Nakshatra, then Ketu's position will decide the functioning of Mars in Leo as Magha's lord is Ketu. If Mars is in Purva-Phalguni Nakshatra, then its lord Venus will be deciding factor. If Mars is in Uttara-Phalguni Nakshatra, then Sun's position will be deciding Mars' impact. 

Also, as Sun is Lord of Leo, Sun's condition will have the highest say on Mars' impact in Leo.
