So, we can say that Jupiter is stronger in Sagittarius section of this nakshatra but Jupiter in Capricorn portion can be troublesome. Common theme with Jupiter in Uttara Ashadha is that person wants to gain high authority and recognition through his knowledge and education as it is nakshatra of authority and recognition. So, the desire of gain of authority and recognition is expanded due to Jupiter's expansive nature. Now, the difference could be in the ways adopted.

 

Jupiter in Sagittarius portion can be a person of high morals and values. He would like to gain authority but for that he will follow all the right/moral ways to achieve it. As Jupiter gets debilitated in Capricorn, person's moral/values can be weak too, This person can adopt wrong/illegal/immoral ways to achieve that authority and recognition. Also, Jupiter in Sagittarius section of this nakshatra can be open and willing to share his knowledge with others but Jupiter in Capricorn section can be rigid or not-so-sharing of knowledge. He will share only when he sees any benefit. As Jupiter in Capricorn/Uttara-Ashadha is directly opposite to Jupiter in Cancer/Pushya where Jupiter is exalted, these people can have traits and characteristics which are opposite to exalted Jupiter. It means that they can be mean about sharing their knowledge with others unless they get a return for it. They can be low on morals or values. They may not even value right guidance/advice. At the same time, these people can gain good authority and recognition as that is what they are looking for. Saturn's lordship can delay this recognition but if they show perseverance, they can get it.

 

In relationship matters, Jupiter in Capricorn section will be more difficult as it is debilitated there. Otherwise also, as Uttara Ashadha is ruled by Sun which represents Ego, Jupiter in Uttara Ashadha nakshatra can expand someone's ego. This can be ego related with authority and recognition in career and then it can lead to ego clashes in relationship.
