Saturn itself represents healing, health-care and service to others etc. As Shatabhishak remains a nakshatra of healing, health care and medicines, most commonly they can be serving humanity with health-care related work. They can be healing people one way or the other. This is also middle portion of Aquarius which represents new-age technology. As Saturn also represents technology, it shows that these people can serve people through technology, IT, Software, Apps or anything related with new-age technology. As Rahu rules this nakshatra, they can be healers through alternate ways of healing too. It means that they can be interested in Reiki healing, Pranic healing etc. They can also be teacher or professors in medical field. But as Saturn is involved, most of the results of this position may be realized with certain delays, hard work and perseverance. Person needs to work hard and show perseverance.

Saturn’s involvement can create obvious problems in relationship. Person will feel limited and restricted results which will bring frustration in relationship. Long distance relationship is always a better option when Saturn is involved.
