Let’s look at important things here –

 

Rahu - It represents Illusion, Foreign Lands, Foreign Things (foreign as in unknown things. So, for someone living in Punjab, culture and rituals of Kerala is also unknown and hence Foreign), Drugs, Medicines, any type of intoxication, Fame, Wealth, Success, Obsession, Past-life incomplete Desires, Movies, Television, Online World, Cheating, Imagined Fears, Unusual Things, Unique Things, Creativity, Rule breaker. Rahu also blows things out of proportions.

Virgo - As Chitra is a part of Virgo, Virgo sign and its representations also become important. Virgo is the 6th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents almost all the things which are represented by the 6th house of horoscope like Debts, Diseases, Obstacles, Serving the under-privileged, Service Life, etc. Besides this, Virgo represents analytical or critical nature of people, being perfectionist and healing abilities. Virgo's basic representation is the lady coming in boat with wheat and herbs in her hands. So, Virgo is basically a sign of healing. Virgo consists of next set of 2 and half nakshatra. i.e. Uttara-Phalguni, Hasta and Chitra. Virgo's lord is Mercury.

 

Libra - As Chitra is also a part of Libra, Libra sign and its representations also become important. Libra is the 7th sign of Zodiac Belt, hence it represents the energy and things related with 7th house of horoscope, i.e. Market Place, Business, Partnerships, Relations etc. Libra is sign of Balance, i.e. striking the Balance between 2 parties/ideologies or even at personal level between our own dilemmas. It is sign of Peace and Diplomacy. And this is what we are seriously looking for after the conflicts and disagreements of Virgo, i.e. Peace to prevail. At personal level, Libra is seen as sign of Relationships. Libra is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatra named Chitra, Swati and Vishakha. Libra's lord is Venus only.

Interpretation of Rahu in Chitra Nakshatra – Rahu is in nakshatra of Mars and in Mercury’s sign in Virgo section. In Libra, it is in Venus sign. As Chitra is nakshatra of creativity and Rahu also represents it, Rahu here can make a person highly creative. They can easily make their money through their creative interests and hobbies. As Chitra is connected with real-estate due to Universal Architect Lord Vishwakarma as its deity, one can also be in field of real-estate related matters. They themselves can have good number of properties. As Chitra is also about beauty, Rahu there can make someone very beautiful, up to the limit of deceiving others. At the same time, Chitra is nakshatra of ego conflicts. In Virgo section, it can make someone a good divorce lawyer whereas in Libra section, they can be a counselor or mediator among two relationship partners. In Virgo section, they themselves can land into a lot of ego conflicts in their lives.

Due to mythological story involved, this nakshatra can bring ego clashes in their own relationships too. Hence, Rahu in Chitra can bring some major conflicts and ego clashes in relationship. Even if Rahu is in Libra section of Chitra, the relationship issues can be very apparent as person can be looking for a perfect relationship. So, they have to work and learn to improve their relationship.

 

Role of Mars - Mars placement is important to guide Rahu in right direction, being Chitra's lord.

 

Role of Mercury - Mercury placement is important to guide Rahu in right direction, being Virgo's lord.
