Ketu – Ketu represents Isolation, Separation, Spirituality, Mystical World, Other Dimension means things related to Alien World. It also represents Son, Dog, Intuition, Research Ability, Curious Nature, things which we have already achieved in past life and not much concerned to perform in this life.

Libra - As Swati is a part of Libra, Libra sign and its representations also become important. Libra is the 7th sign of Zodiac Belt, hence it represents the energy and things related with 7th house of horoscope, i.e. Market Place, Business, Partnerships, Relations etc. Libra is sign of Balance, i.e. striking the Balance between 2 parties/ideologies or even at personal level between our own dilemmas. It is sign of Peace and Diplomacy. And this is what we are seriously looking for after the conflicts and disagreements of Virgo, i.e. Peace to prevail. At personal level, Libra is seen as sign of Relationships. Libra is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatra named Chitra, Swati and Vishakha. Libra's lord is Venus only.

Interpretation of Ketu in Swati Nakshatra – Ketu is in Venus’ sign here and in nakshatra of Rahu. As Libra is sign of business and Swati represents independence, Ketu here can show someone who lived thoroughly independently in his past-life. That’s his past-life expertise to be free. So, now in this life, when they again get into a situation where they have no other choice but to start working and living independently, they can do it easily. They can be a business person easily when the situations demand. Before that, they may not like the idea of being independent business person. As Libra is also sign of masses and relation, it may give them lack of intent to connect with others in matters of relationship or even generally. They can live a secluded/isolated life with no desire of connecting with others. 

As Ketu itself represents separation, split, break-up etc, if Ketu is getting involved in relationship matters in a chart, it is never a good placement. Person will be feeling separated in relationship either physically or mentally or both ways. This will bring a tug-of-war kind of result where they may feel separated when they are in relationship but when they are single, they may desire relationship. As Ketu remains illusion, possibility of cheating is high in relationship. In relationship matter, the same desire of being free or independent can hurt the relation unless the partner is also understanding of this fact that true love/relation always brings independence and freedom to the partners involved in it. If they don't get such partner then in prevailing social understanding that relationship is all about capturing and controlling others, this person can feel extremely frustrated and imprisoned in the relation. In that situation, it is better not to get into any relationship and enjoy your freedom.
