Theme with Uttara Ashadha is high authority and recognition as it is nakshatra of authority and recognition. But now Ketu is there which represents separation. So, these people can be disinclined towards gaining any sort of authority over anyone. They may not like anyone to be Bossy over them and they won’t like to be Bossy over anyone else. It is because they have already achieved high authority and recognition in past-life. So, in this life, they are not much inclined towards it. Ketu in Sagittarius portion can be a person who is into gaining and sharing knowledge regardless of the fact that he is getting any recognition or authority in return or not.  As Ketu gets in to Capricorn portion, this is where the real trouble with authorities begin as Ketu is dealing with double energy of authority figures at nakshatra and sign level both. This will bring a tug-of-war kind of result where they may feel separated when they are in relationship but when they are single, they may desire relationship. As Ketu remains illusion, possibility of cheating is high in relationship. In relationship matters, Capricorn section will be more difficult as they can have ego conflicts there. As Uttara Ashadha is ruled by Sun which represents Ego, Uttara Ashadha nakshatra itself can bring ego conflicts in relationship related with authority and recognition in overall life.
