Purva Bhadrapada is nakshatra of initial spiritual experiences, austerities we perform and having a split direction or personality. Ketu is our past-life expertise. So, it shows that these people have already received initial spiritual experiences in their past-life like seeing light on forehead while meditating, chakra activation etc and have already performed the austerities to receive such experiences. Hence, in this life, they may not be much interested in performing same rituals again. We can also say that they can have similar spiritual experiences in this life without making much effort as it is their past-life expertise. It can also mean that in this life they must put efforts for higher spiritual experiences like out of body experiences, enlightenment and liberation etc. This is what they are supposed to do in this life. At the same time, Ketu represents split views which can give them unconventional views on spirituality or religions. Ketu represents illusion and representation of Purva Bhadrapada is a double-faced person. So, they can very well be a con-man in face of a spiritual person. So, it can be really difficult to judge these people whether they are genuinely spiritual or just showing it off to people.
