Planetary War Series - Sun-Venus Conjunction
Planetary War Series - Sun-Venus Conjunction
So, here is the 1st article of Planetary War Series which I intend to write. First in the series is Sun-Venus conjunction. Please read the introductory article here - https://www.astrosaxena.com/PWS-Intro.
Sun - Sun represents Personality, King, Government, Father, Authority, Career, Top Positions, Ego, Self Esteem, Health, Education etc.
Venus - Venus represents Beauty, Desire and Love. Venus is the main significator of Marriage. Venus represents Girlfriend or Wife for a Man. Venus is the significator of all relations, may it be Husband-Wife or Mother-Daughter. Venus is Wealth & Conveniences, Vehicles & Luxuries. Venus’s highest representation is Service and Devotion, which is where Venus is most pious.
Sun-Venus Conjunct - Sun represents Ego and Venus represents Relations and we all know that Ego & Relation can't go together. Its effects largely depend on degrees of Sun & Venus and how far they are from each other? If Sun and Venus are far away degree-wise then this shows that creativity & beauty of Venus is brightened by the light of Sun. This person can be very rich too. But problems come when Venus is coming closer and closer to Sun. Normally, it is said that Venus is combust within 6 degrees but in experience I have seen Venus giving results of combustion even when it is 20 degrees apart. So, we can say if Sun-Venus are together in a house then there is an effect of combustion, no matter how slightly. Now, what is the effect? Sun is karaka of Ego and Venus is karaka of Relationship. So, when these two are together than understand that Relations will suffer due to Ego Battles/Conflicts of couple involved. As they get closer and closer degree-wise, person will experience more & more serious problems in relationship. Sun-Venus conjunction can be seen as one of the karaka of Divorce or Break-up. But this is about Jeeva Karaka. Regarding Ajeeva Karakas, this conjunction can be good as person can be extremely beautiful, charming and attractive as beauty of Venus is getting further brightness of Sun. Likewise, person can be highly creative with arts, media and movies etc as creativity of Venus is getting boost of Sun. Person can be extra rich too. But if Venus is combust then these traits will also suffer a bit and he has to put extra efforts to get results of creative pursuits and normally results will be seen in 30s. So overall, this conjunction is showing a lesson to person of letting go of Ego for keeping the relations alive.
So, we can see that this planetary war is leading towards ego clashes in relationship which is Jeeva Karaka but it can be good position for Ajeeva Karakas like finance, creativity & wealth. Sun is naturally stronger than Venus as it is fiery & cruel whereas Venus is Gentle by nature. So, Sun will definitely have an upper hand in this conjunction.
But signs they are placed-in can make big difference which are as follows –
There are signs where Sun is stronger in dignity than Venus, like Aries, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio & Sagittarius. Sun is either in exalted, own sign or in friendly sign here whereas Venus has weaker dignity than Sun in these signs. It means that Venus is losing war in these signs quite clearly because Venus is naturally weaker than Sun & here in these signs, it is not even getting proper support from sign-based dignity. Here, Ego will win & Relationship will lose.
But then there are signs where Venus is stronger in dignity than Sun, like Taurus, Libra, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. Venus is either in exalted, own sign or in friendly sign here whereas Sun has weaker dignity than Venus in these signs. It means that Sun is losing war in these signs because it is not getting support from sign-based dignity. Here, person will let-go of ego and relationship will sustain.
Then there is sign like Gemini where Sun & Venus are in equal strength. In such situation, Sun will keep its natural upper hand over Venus as it is fiery & cruel whereas Venus is Gentle by nature.
Hope this helps. Please post any comment or query you may have.
