That means it is a well-trod pathway to health and happiness. Good digestion ensures the body stays well, and good sleep ensures the mind stays well. Why Astrology?

Self-Awareness

Vedic astrology or Jyotish (Light), is the sister science of both, Ayurveda and Yoga. All of these schools of knowledge provide insight into the imbalances within a human life experience, and provide the inner awareness and roadmap to overcome them. The pathway for our highest growth is predetermined at the time of birth. To actualize it, is the human life journey that each one needs to undertake. Astrology throws light on the pattern that each of us inherit at birth. Swami Premanand Bharti is well known through his YouTube Channel Astro Saxena and his site www.astrosaxena.com & www.astrosaxena.in , as a compassionate teacher for his astrological knowledge. Now through our school, we bring a very affordable and comprehensive year-long course covering all the essential aspects of Vedic astrology and much more.

Why Astrology + Ayurveda?

As Mira ji explained in Ayurveda related session that Astrology is theoretical awareness and Ayurveda is like practically applying Astrological theories into practice for our evolution and growth. Also, with these two courses, a student will be deeply immersed into the Art of Holistic Living, by learning about the spiritual and evidence-based concepts of life and creation.

Classes and Fees

Here are the details of the courses offered in next batch from Jan, 2025. This time, we are coming up with one long-term and one short-term course for Astrology and Ayurveda both, which are as follows -

Ayurveda Courses -

1. Basic Experiential Ayurveda Long-Term Course by Mrs Mira Katyal [Art of Holistic Living Course Module 1] - Curriculum will be covered in 20 sessions. 1.45-hour per session, held on a bi-weekly basis (one class every alternate week).

2. Ayurveda Short-Term Course by Mrs Mira Katyal [Art of Holistic Living Course Module 2] - 6-hrs courses for CAD $95 ($120) each:

I. Mental health with EDLT (Emotional Destress Lifestyle Therapy)

II. Your Psychology through Ayurveda & Numerology

III. Emotional Regulation with the Five elements

Astrology Courses -

3. Comprehensive Astrology Long-Term Course by Swami Premanand Bharti [Art of Holistic Living Course Module 3] - Curriculum will be covered in 50 sessions of 100 hours. 2-hours per session held every week. This session will be on weekdays, mostly on Thursdays. This course is devised to take people from beginner level to advanced level.

4.Topic-wise Advanced Astrology Short-Term Course by Swami Premanand Bharti [Art of Holistic Living Course Module 4] - This new module is devised for those who already know the basics of Astrology and want to specifically learn about a topic in detail. We will have these classes over a particular topic on astrology and curriculum of that will be covered in 10-15 sessions of 20-30 hours (based on topic). 2-hours per session held every week. This session will be on Saturdays. After completion of one topic, we will initiate another topic for next 10-15 session. The first class of 10 sessions will be on Relationship Astrology. After completion of first class, we will have another class on Learning Saturn and Nodes and likewise topic for next class will be announced towards the end of existing class.

Welcome classes will be held in the third or fourth week of Jan, 2025 on separate weekdays for each class. Final date and time of classes will be announced after assessing the convenience and time zones of all students. If required, we can have 2 separate classes in Morning and Evening times to accommodate students in different time zones

Fee and Mode of Payment -

1.Total Fee for Module-1 and Module-3 (50 week Astrology and Ayurveda Long-Term Courses) together is 1000/- CAD. Students inclined to pay in different currency should check conversion rate accordingly. Following are the modes of payment available:

a. If a student makes a one-time payment then they can make a total payment of 800/- CAD for both courses together.

b. If a student wants to make payment in instalments then they can make a total payment of 1000 CAD in 3 instalments of 500 CAD/250 CAD/250 CAD each payable in alternate months; i.e. (Jan, Mar & May 2025)

c. Total fee paid is fully refundable till the first class for Ayurveda Course and till the third class for Astrology Courses.

2. Total Fee for Module-2 topics Ayurveda Short-Term Course [Art of Holistic Living Course Module 2] is 95/- CAD.

3. Total Fee for Module-4 (10 week Advanced Astrology Course on Relationship Astrology) is 175/- CAD.

Total fee paid is fully refundable till the first class for Advanced Astrology Short-Term Course. Dates of beginning of classes to be announced in Jan, 2025.

Add-On Service for "Astrology+Ayurveda Gurukul Students" -YR-2025:

a. MiraOm - 1 free holistic counselling session AND one time concession of 50% on any consultation/service. [**Not included-products or shipping]

b. Astrosaxena – One time concession of 50% on fee for any consultation/service of their choice.

Certification available for long courses only.

Flexibilities Offered –

i. Classes will be over Zoom. Session will be recorded and available for viewing later. So, if anyone misses a class, they can cover-up lost portion through recordings.

ii. These recordings will be available for two years, maybe more.

iii. We will also have an interactive WhatsApp Group to discuss astrology related questions and doubts.

Although, we strongly recommend people to join all the courses (Astrology & Ayurveda) to have a holistic experience of our courses/teachings but if someone is inclined to join only one of the courses (in either Ayurveda or Astrology stream) then fee structure would be as follows -
