So first of all, let's see what 1st house/Ascendant and 7th house represent - 

1st house/Ascendant is your self, physique, personality, overall health, life path and head in human body etc.

7th house is house of market place, other people (masses), business partnerships, agreements, marriage, spouse, marital happiness etc.

As Sun is in the enemy sign of Saturn, it shows that this person naturally attracts all the authoritative figures in life, who come and due to their egoistic ways, shatters his ego. This person may be in a Scientific or Research Oriented Career in a large organisation or working for a larger goal and that's where they will get their Authority. It also shows that spouse is egoistic and triesto change the native through his/her ego. 

Moon - So it is Capricorn Ascendant Chart and Moon rules the 7th house with Cancer sign and sits in 1st house in Capricorn.
