Let's see what we can expect with Jupiter transiting in Moola Nakshatra right now –
1. This transit started on 5th Nov, 2019 with Jupiter entering in Sagittarius and would last till 4th Jan, 2020 when Jupiter crosses 13.20 degree of Sagittarius.
2. 1st thing is that energy doesn’t really change from Scorpio to Moola in Sagittarius because Moola and Scorpio both are ruled by Ketu. The only difference is Scorpio is sign of mysteries, hence Jupiter in Scorpio can bring many mysteries or confusions in life whereas Sagittarius is sign of knowledge, hence Jupiter in Sagittarius can bring some knowledge and wisdom.
3. The thing which is making this transit of Jupiter in Moola as more potential is presence of Moola lord Ketu in same sign Sagittarius and even Ketu is moving towards Moola now.
