A thing to remember here is that these posts are strictly meant for the particular planet position. Just like Rahu, Ketu also represents illusion as both are illusionary planets but the difference is that Ketu is also the one who removes the illusion and brings enlightenment. Besides this, Ketu represents isolation, separation, spirituality,mystical world, other dimension means things related to alien world, also represents Son, Dog, Intuition, research ability, curious nature, things which we have already achieved in past life and not much concerned to perform in this life. 

Taurus is the 2nd sign of zodiac belt, so it represents many things related with 2nd house of horoscope like, Hoarded Wealth, Assets, Savings, Finances, Luxuries and Liquid Money. All in all a sign related with luxuries and all the conveniences of life. Taurus is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatras, i.e. Krittika, Rohini and Mrigshira. Also, Taurus' lord is Venus. 

Recently I have come across of the view that Rahu and Ketu don't have aspects on 5th or 9th house, for the simple reason that they are shadow planets and for aspects you need a sight not shadow. I am yet to verify it on at least 50 charts, so for now I will continue with traditional approach of 5th and 9th aspects of Ketu. 

Ketu in Taurus is considered by many as Ketu's debilitation point and the reason is here. Ketu represents Spirituality and it is the indicator of all the mysticism and mystical powers of the world. And here it is in the sign of Taurus which has nothing about mysticism to offer. It is all about Wealth, Money, Assets etc and Ketu is not getting the environment it is looking for. That's why it is considered as debilitated in Taurus.

When Ketu is in Taurus, this person feels natural dissatisfaction from Wealth and Assets. It is not that they don't get wealth or they don't want wealth but there is a natural isolation from Wealth. Normally, these people are very rich people and have lots of money and may be that's why, they don't feel any need for it. May be that's why these people become interested in donations. Career-wise, these people may go into any work which directly gets involved with wealth and finance as Taurus is Wealth and Ketu is Research. So, any work in Banks, Financial Institutes, Stocks/Shares or any research related with liquid money and wealth suits them. 

Now, again the differences will be felt by individuals having this position based on whether Ketu is in Krittika Nakshatra, Rohini Nakshatra or Mrigshira Nakshatra. If Ketu is in Krittika, then Ketu will be impacted by Sun's position as Krittika is Sun's own Nakshatra. If Ketu is in Rohini, then it is impacted by Moon's position as Rohini's lord is Moon. If Ketu is in Mrigashira, then it is impacted by Mars' position as Mrigshira's lord is Mars. 

As Venus is lord of Taurus, we need to check Venus condition too to finally come to conclusion about results of Ketu in Horoscope,
