Rahu in 2nd house. 

So, lets see what Rahu can do in 2nd house without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent - 

Rahu represents illusion, foreign lands, foreign things (foreign as in unknown things. So, for someone living in Punjab, culture and rituals of Kerala is also unknown and hence Foreign), Drugs, Medicines, any type of intoxication, fame, wealth, success, obsession, past-life left-over karma, movies, television, online world, cheating, imagined fears, unusual things, unique things, creativity, rule breaker. Rahu also blows things out of proportions. 

2nd house represents Family, Wealth, Speech, Family Lineage, Values, Mouth, Face, Throat, food you like to eat, Assets etc. 

Aspect-wise, in Vedic Astrology, Rahu has 5th and 9th house aspect. He is unable to impact 7th house from its place as Ketu is sitting there, which is the other axis of Rahu and represents all those things which are non-Rahu.

So, when Rahu is in 2nd house of horoscope, it makes a person obsessive about wealth. These are the people who can become filthy rich. Their speech may be inflicted if there is involvement of further malefic planet. Or they can be instinctive liars. Their family life or family environment will be very unusual. They may be separated from their family or they may have a family in foreign lands. Their early education may be disrupted. If further malefic impact is there on Rahu, then they can even do crimes to get wealth. Also, Rahu being malefic means that they may not be able to save the wealth they get. 

From 2nd house, Rahu aspects 6th house of disputes, enemies and obstacles and it shows that they need to learn how to deal with obstacles and conflicts as they will have it plenty. 

Rahu's next aspect goes to 10th house of Career and Work Environment etc. Here, it shows that they need to find the best possible career for themselves. 

Again, Rahu and Ketu is only an eclipse and eclipse never last forever, neither in life nor in horoscopes. So, wherever Rahu-Ketu are sitting in horoscope, person realizes the true nature of that house in early 40s, when Rahu and Ketu attain their maturity age.
