Rahu in 11th House. 

So, lets see what Rahu can do in 11th house without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent - 

Rahu represents illusion, foreign lands, foreign things (foreign as in unknown things. So, for someone living in Punjab, culture and rituals of Kerala is also unknown and hence Foreign), Drugs, Medicines, any type of intoxication, fame, wealth, success, obsession, past-life left-over karma, movies, television, online world, cheating, imagined fears, unusual things, unique things, creativity, rule breaker. Rahu also blows things out of proportions. 

11th house represents Elder Siblings, Large Organizations, Huge Structures, Higher Goals and Purposes for the Universe, Network Circle, Entrepreneurship, Friends, Gains, Income and Earnings etc

Aspect-wise, in Vedic Astrology, Rahu has 5th and 9th house aspect. He is unable to impact 7th house from its place as Ketu is sitting there, which is the other axis of Rahu and represents all those things which are non-Rahu. 

So, now the obsessive Rahu is in 11th house of gains, earnings etc. As Rahu wants to gain everything, here it makes a person obsessive about money and gains. They have huge amount of income. Their network circle is too big which provides them continuous income and earning. Due to malefic nature of Rahu, relations with elder siblings may be spoiled. They may also find it hard to save money. It depends on malefic or benefic planet sitting with Rahu or the sign Rahu is in, which decides earning will stay or not. As Rahu represents illusion, in some signs and conjunctions, Rahu gives money because of cheating or fraud.

From 11th house, Rahu aspects the 3rd house of business, efforts and courage etc and 7th house of business & other people.So again, it is a position of Rahu where it pushes person to learn how to get into business and become a businessman. Best results are always as a businessman here.
