Saturn in Cancer.

Saturn is all that which we don't like in our life. Saturn is delay, frustration, restriction, limitation and anxiety. It is hard-work and labor. It is people of authority, like boss at your work place or father-figure at home. Saturn is Master and Servant both (depends on who uses Saturn in what way). Saturn is our Karmic debt from life. Saturn is the things we didn't treat too well in our past life. Saturn is our challenges and lessons of life. Saturn is old-age, teeth in human body, diseases, transformation etc. Saturn is discipline, organisation, structure, government, law & order etc.

Cancer is 4th sign of Zodiac Belt, hence it represents the things represented by 4th house like Mother, Mother's care, Emotions and Nourishment etc. Cancer is consisted of 2 and half Nakshatras namely Punarvasu, Pushyami and Ashlesha. Cancer's lord is Moon.

So when Saturn comes into the sign of Cancer which represents emotions, mother, mother's care, home, peace of mind etc. then there is a feeling of lack of nourishment from home and mother in individual. The person feels responsibilities regarding mother. As Saturn represents illness, there could be long term ailments to mother or anyone at home. Now, we have to remember that Saturn is in its enemy's sign, so intensity of Saturn's results will be more but as always Saturn's impact is there up to mid 30s. Peace of mind is disturbed till Saturn attains the maturity age. On positive note, these people love to take care of others. They can make best nurses and doctors. They love to work in private settings. This lack of care and emotions at home impact their later life due to mental issues caused. As always, after mid 30s, these people will start feeling little better about Saturn and will find their peace of mind. 

Now, the question comes about the level at which Saturn is going to give results. So, it again would depend on the Nakshatra Saturn is sitting in. If Saturn is in Punarvasu Nakshatra, then we have to look for Jupiter's position as Jupiter is Punarvasu's lord. If Saturn is in Pushyami Nakshatra, then it is in its own Nakshatra. Again, If Saturn is in Ashlesha Nakshatra, then it is impacted by Mercury as Nakshatra lord.

Also, as Cancer is ruled by Moon, we need to look at Moon's position. Moon's position will actually determine that how Saturn is going to behave in Cancer. Again, horoscope should be judged in its totality.
