Jupiter in Libra.

So, lets see what Jupiter can do in Libra without any conjunction or aspect from any other planet. 1st lets see what these 2 things represent --

Libra is the 7th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents the energy and things related with 7th house of horoscope, i.e. market place, business, partnerships, relations etc. Basically Libra is sign of relationships. Libra is consisted of another 2 and half Nakshatra named Chitra, Swati and Vishakha. Libra's lord is Venus.

So, wherever Jupiter goes, it brings the knowledge and wisdom to that sign. As Libra is sign of dealings, business, relations, partnerships etc, Jupiter here makes a person knowledgeable in this area of life. As Libra is about contracts and dealings, these people can be master of drafting correct contracts, which means Lawyers. Libra is also about relations, so these people become marriage counselors or even better someone who is relationship counselor in times of possible break in relationship. As Libra is ruled by Venus, which is enemy to Jupiter, so these people that they didn't get best benefits of their business. They need to learn that more they interact with others and guide others, better results they will get through Jupiter. Good position for a person who wants to deal with people. 

Things which may impact Jupiter's effect in Libra are obviously different Nakshatras Jupiter may be positioned. If Jupiter is in Chitra Nakshatra, then Mars will impact Jupiter's results. If Jupiter is in Swati Nakshatra, then Swati's lord Rahu will impact Jupiter's result. Similarly, if Jupiter is in Vishakha Nakshatra, then Jupiter is in its own Nakshatra. 

Now, the biggest make or break situation with this placement will come with Venus position as Venus is lord of Libra. So, if Jupiter is in Libra and Venus is placed in Virgo, that's when person may find lots of obstacles and troubles as Venus is in its Debilitated sign in Virgo. On the other hand if Venus is in Libra itself along with Jupiter or in Pisces, then it is a much better scenario for Jupiter to work. That's why it is most important to read a chart on a whole.
