Venus is beauty, desire and love, liquid money, Venus is beauty, desire and love. Venus is the main significator of marriage. Venus represents girlfriend or wife for a man. Venus is the significator of all relations, may it be husband-wife or mother-daughter. Philosophically speaking, Venus is also the cause of all the sufferings in our life. How? Because Venus represents our desires and we get pain and suffering in our life only when our desires are not fulfilled.

Capricorn is the 10th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents many things related with 10th house of horoscope like Law and Order, Government, Authority, Organisation, Discipline etc. Besides it also represents World outside your home and people, Fear and Anxiety etc. Capricorn is consisted of next 2 and half Nakshatra, i.e. Uttar-Ashadha, Shravana and Dhanishtha. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and that's why it represents Fear and Anxiety.

Now, the planet of love is in the sign of Authority and Recognition, so one obvious result is that these people are in love of authority, status and fame. They love to achieve a higher rank in life. Even for love partners, they will naturally attract towards someone who is in authority or famous and they finally get these partners only. But as Venus is in Saturn ruled sign, most of the times it happens with delay in life. Here Creativity of Venus gives results in 30s of person after much delay and hard work.  Venus in Capricorn are absolutely strict people about their creative pursuits of life. A guy having this position of Venus might look for a lady older in age, as Saturn represents old age. Although Venus is in the sign of its friend Saturn, but this is the thing with Saturn that anywhere it does its job of delaying things or asking for commitment/seriousness. If Venus is in Shravana Nakshatra, then we need to look at Moon's position as Shravana's lord is Moon. Likewise, in Dhanishtha Nakshatra, it will be effected by Mars. 

Sign-lord wise, Venus is in sign of its friend Saturn. Capricorn's lord Saturn's position is finally going to decide how Venus is going to behave in this sign.
