[MUST READ] - Important Information on Consultation/Services.

1. All consultations will be in English language.
2. All information shared with or by client before, during or after consultation will be kept strictly confidential. 
3. If someone is looking for the most perfect prediction then please don't apply for consultation to me. 4. If someone is looking for Marriage oriented consultation like Marriage Timing Report or Horoscope Matching Report, then please don't apply for consultation to me. My view is that overall Astrology & Marriage has no relevance with each other. Such consultations are waste of time and money. 6. Except Birth Time Rectification (BTR) and Annual Report, all other consultations will be over call. BTR and Annual Report will be a hand-written report after thorough analysis of charts by myself. "It is not a software generated report". You should get written report within 10 days of applying for consultation.
7. Considering my current schedule and pending appointments, consultation calls will be scheduled within 10 days of making the payment, as per the convenience of both the sides. All your relevant/necessary questions will be considered and replied. Post-consultation if you feel that you forgot to ask any question or if there is any update on the topic of consultation then you can reach out to me through email. 
8. For all consultations (except BTR & Annual Report), we can have calls via normal calling, Whatsapp, Skype or Zoom etc. I will be emailing Chart and Planetary Positions before the call in order to refer it during the call. Please feel free to record the call at your end for future reference. If we have call over Skype or Zoom then recording call is easier.
9. Health Consultations are free of cost. You need not to pay anything for it..
10. For all other consultations like Career, Relationship, Specific Topic, Overall etc, please email me the birth details and questions to astrovsaxena@gmail.com & astrovishalsaxena@gmail.com . I will let you know of respective consultation charges after looking at chart, questions and work involved via response email. 
11. For any consultation, please make respective payment via payment options given. After making payment, please email me the Transaction Id, your name, your birth details and questions to astrovsaxena@gmail.com & astrovishalsaxena@gmail.com .
12. Please send the Birth Details in following format - Date - 5th February, 1985. Time - 19.20 PM. Place - Istanbul, Turkey. Please don't send date of birth in numeric form like 05.02.1985 as it leads to confusion and clarifications as to the format is DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY. I hope you understand. 13. 100% Refund applicable if the scheduled consultation is cancelled anytime before the scheduled date and time.
